This business can be very frustrating at times and very stressful as well. Unfortunately, that's part of the job. If it were easy, it wouldn't pay as well. That being said, it doesn't mean that the job can't be rewarding and fun. One thing that attracts people to Gateway Mortgage Group is that they have the benefits and support of a large company, but also the control to run their branch however they see fit. The best of both worlds.
We think it's important to build relationships with our branches and give them support via corporate orientation, loan officer training, weekly conference calls, producer's summits, bonus programs, and incentive trips. We don't want our branches to feel like they are out on an island, but that they have people to turn to when they need help or encouragement.
